I had a study permit valid till Nov 2019. Graduated May 2019, immediately applied for PGWP, started work in June, then flagpoled in Aug.

I think your case should be fine. I would just prepare some documents proving that you submitted and canceled the original (online) application, just in case they ask for an explanation. The documents can be 1) submission and payment confirmation, as well the 2) application withdrawal confirmation. https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1181&top=15

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's legal, but reading some of the rejection reasons makes me paranoid. I'm worried the officer overlooks my implied status and just assumes I started work illegally before getting my PGWP in Aug.

I know what you mean! I worked below 30 hours per week for 5 weeks during my 3 year work experience so I worked extra before submitting my application. Also, I worked 4 days before submitting my pgwp application. A lot of people say that these things shouldn't be a problem but after working so hard being paranoid is completely normal. I have been in Canada for 5 years now and finally have my application in process but still feel very nervous about the outcome. Hopefully we all get our PR soon. :)

Hello Guys,

Can I change My NOC code after receiving ITA as it still allow me to modify?
I thought your profile is locked after getting an ITA, especially since a different NOC code could potentially change your score (if at a different skill level)

Hello Guys, does anyone have any idea that IRCC will continue reviewing PR application or putting on hold to wait for the BIL?

No , they will not put on hold because of that , however once every stage is completed our applications will be stuck at the security stage which need biometrics from what I have been reading in the forum.
