Just wanted to share that I got a call for Biometrics few days back and scheduled for Nov first week.
AOR: 19JUN20
BIL: 07-AUG-20
BIL Call: 22-OCT-20
Location: Mississauga

FYI: The call came to my spouse who is dependent and got it scheduled on the immediate date available. I being the (primary applicant) haven't received any call hence requested to give it along with her and the officer agreed to it by scheduling my slot on the same day at different time

You can’t say anything from this. Obviously, you have passed your medicals and got your biometrics updated. Call IRCC to enquire about your Eligibility and Security while you are waiting for your GCMS notes. Alternatively, you can raise a web form asking for any updates. The online portal is quite useless after you pass medicals as the only real update you will get after BIL/Med is the final decision.

I have a similar timeline except mine is PNP. No update after biometrics completed!

Hi, everyone in this forum, I have a quick question regarding the ghost update and hoping someone can give me some clues.
Yesterday, I logged in to my CIC account and noticed my status of my application has changed from Submitted to application/profile updated signed, but when I opened my application, nothing changed. When I logged in again, the status changed back to Submmitted.
I have read the information in this forum, and knew this was a ghost update. However, I didn't received an email from CIC that informed me my application has been updated. I have been told that a ghost update usually comes with an email.
So, I want to know that are there any differences between a ghost update without an email notification and the one with an notification?
Also, I have asked my representative about this issue, and he said that this situation usually means my application has been moved to another department.
Does it mean I am getting close to PPR or I need to clam down since this simply means someone looks into my application?

When was the previous time you logged in? There's a persistent issue here where people can't login for a while, then when it finally works, the "application updated" is displayed. Nothing is actually updated and reverts to "submitted" if you go back out.

I don't know if you're just facing the same issue, but when I called IRCC to confirm, it was evident that absolutely nothing was updated.

I remembered I logged into my account on October 26th, nothing happened at that time, but yesterday there was an update. I keep logging into my account every 2 or 3 days during these days, and I don't have any logging problems.
In terms of the ghost updates, I remembered I have read some posts somewhere in this forum, and it said ghost updates usually come with an email notification, but I am not sure about it, so this is the reason why I put this question on this forum and hope someone could answer it.

I also received the same ghost update and i am in IP1

Honestly, I have no clue which stage I am currently on since I didn't keep an eye on my account when I submitted my application. So, I am not sure whether I have missed any ghost updates... All I know is that I received an email on August 8th and said my medical exam passed on August 8th and got the biometric letter on the same day, then I gave my biometric on August 18th. Then nothing changed until yesterday.
