No. In india, who ever born between 70s and 80s does not have birth certificate.
I am checking to see. Any one has this kind of request

It's an old thread, but hopefully it has answers you need. Maybe a Non-Availability certificate would work?
Also, if you are within Canada you could try calling the IRCC helpline on your wife's behalf to ask what your options are
Hi there, we got married early this year but we've known each other for eight years, and my husband (from NZ) was recently in Canada for just under two years on a work visa in which we lived together for all of that. I'd guess we were sent to Mississauga because he's spent a decent amount of time in Canada and that our application was probably fairly straightforward. No dependents, no criminal history or travel history issues. We applied as outland from within Canada, if that helps!

My husband too didn't have a birth certificate but we applied a new one through a lawyer, had to submit our request in the Register Office. It took nearly 4-5 months coz you know how Government officials work in India. We had submitted our application and after receiving AOR, we sent the birth certificate. Hope this helps
I guess they want more. I’d suggest getting an affidavit made. This affidavit is commonly made on behalf of parents stating the date of birth. Along with send them original voter i card and copies of adhaar, drivers license, pan card, Passport, And any other possible government issued documents showing the DOB. They’re not satisfied with just 10th. Also if possible get a copy of school records stating the DOB.

I was just checking and today it got updated to couriered from Visa office. However bluedart tracking isn’t active yet. So not really sure where it is and how much longer will it take.
Hi ,Has anybody got final request from Mississauga to upload documents needed and I have sent docs on Aug 30 th and I see doc's uploaded message under document tab in GC key account .still waiting for reply from CIC ,does anybody know how long it takes to get reply
On monday i have received final request from missusaga. To submit Dob certificate and pictures after wedding
Not sure how long they will take.
