June 2019 citizenship applicants

Hello all,
My application was received on June 17th, 2019 & I got the AOR on August 27th, 2019. They starting processing my application on October 3rd, 2019. I am not available in Canada in November for 3 weeks. Should I inform them so that they do not send the test invite during that period? Or is it too early for the test invite? My application type was Family (3) and the place of application is Oakville, Ontario. Please suggest. Thanks!

Doesn’t hurt to send an email though the webform ..I’m on the same boat as well , I won’t be in Canada 2 weeks in Nov so I sent an email regardless if it was too early or not

The past trend is 65-75 days after application received. Check you junk emails and also try checking online status.

Hi Since your application was received in JULY you are part of the JULY spreadsheet Group
Although I don't see your listing on any spreadsheet
You are past due for AOR.
First - I would check your spam to see if the email went astray
Second - I would call them incase they had an error in recording your email-

Called, only to be told that an application number is yet to be assigned. Would like to assume that election week has slowed down bureaucratic workings.

Since you have a trip planned, it might make sense for you to request an urgent processing. Given your location, you could be subject to the fixed date for the temporary office on its next scheduled stop. So best you reach out to them once you have your In Process notification.

I have a confirmed trip in December, I called CIC today and the agent told I can try to apply through the web form for urgent processing but she didn't give me a solid answer.

i don't think the planned trip falls under urgent processing.

To apply for urgent processing, you must be eligible to apply for citizenship and have an emergency, such as:needing Canadian citizenship to:

• • apply for a job
  • avoid losing your job
  • go to a Canadian school, college or university
• needing to travel because of death or serious illness in your family and you can’t get a passport in your current nationality
• receiving a successful Federal Court decision on an appeal on a previous application for citizenship https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...p/become-canadian-citizen/apply/urgently.html

Hi there, I came from the express entry under CEC stream. Based on the tracker stats I don't think there's any difference from general trends.
