You are in Vancouver. Based upon the first three months of 2019, it will take between 90 and 120 days form now if past trends continue for Vancouver. So Plan on it being in 2020. in Jan or Feb

Our own application changed to In Process on Oct 7.
That makes my predicted set of dates almost exact - one week earlier than projected on each step.
We are now expecting a test Invite in February for a Test and Oath in mid March (Victoria is not a perm office)
