I just found a paper copy of my application, so I can fill the missing field for the tracker:
Total physical presence: 1,418

Thanks a lot! :)

Dear batterypk1,
I have a suggestion. It would be great if you keep the sheet sorted by "App Delivered" column always. Because clear cells among those who received AOR and their applications delivered at a same day(s) will be more clear. I mean for example 4 applications delivered on 14 June and 3 of them already got AOR so we will see there is still one from 14 who didn't receive AOR with the first look. but now we have to check other rows at the bottom or apply a custom sort to find out how many people expect to receive AOR today.;)

I will forward this to the person who determines sort order. My role is just to update dates and add new people. I don't have sort access

@VPCanada great suggestion. I was the one who sorted with AOR receipt date. I have changed it to your suggestion as that gives more clarity. Thanks again :)

Hello members,I have a question : I can see that a lot of you did CELPIP as academic proof or Ielts..
For me, I didn't submit any of that just a copy of my Diploma.

Can someone give more information on that please.

Will they at a later stage ask me to submit academic proof...

Thanks guys..

Congrats The Tracker has been ujpdated

Yeah they do accept IELTS, but it says on the CIC website that it must be IELTS-General. Here is the link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=572&top=5

Hopefully someone can also give us their experience regarding this if they had submitted the IELTS-Academic and they get AOR then that would be great so many people do not have to get another language proof again and use whatever they have in hand.

It is good that you did CELPIP. Most of my friends also did CELPIP.

As i know whoever sends academic its not accepted. So, general or any other solid proof is required to establish language acceptance. They don't accept IELTS academic or TOFEL (it kinda surprising because both IELTS academic and general have the same speaking and listening modules and cic want only these two skills tested!

According to the instructions, a copy of your degree which was done in English ought to satisfy their needs.

I believe it is important to distinguish here
A COURSE IN ENGLISH is not the same as taking a DEGREE TAUGHT IN ENGLISH
your statement about those who take academic English is correct.
However for those who have bachelors degrees or masters or even High School which was taught in the English Language - a copy of those degrees ought to be sufficient. For example, My spouse is educated in Texas High School and two university degrees. Those degrees from English speaking universities prove understanding of English.
