What is "Student Acknowledgment Letter" like?

It is an auto-generated e-mail from the embassy where your file is being processed. It just contains your application number and UCI. Some people get it and some don't irrespective of their application status.

I applied on 18th June at VFS New Delhi (paper application) and got an e-mail stating my Application Number and UCI on 22nd June. So this will be the Acknowledgment Letter ?
