no, i don't think so. Landing interview is usually near your place of residence.
Im not expert but my file was transferred last month from Mississuaga (my local office) to Vancouver hub.still waiting for DM
Received my notes yesterday and i dont see any red flags they mentionedreason to transfer my file is ELIGIBILITY

I really would love to help, but don't know much about notes. Does it just say eligibility ?What else is mentioned in the notes about your relationship and other things?
My file was transferred to Van but we got eligibility approved, so I don't think you should worry...?
There were two officers worked on eligibility on said additional review required second said pass
No concerns about relationship.
When one said review required then I received correspondence to submit proof of relationaship and i submitted
Now no idea why i went to Vancouver as they get what they were looking for
I don't think it's been updated yet. Still says "Application Received" for sponsor and "In Progress" for me
Vancouver asked me to provide only additional proof of income and i submited on 19 feb.
Still waiting for response.

Yeah, we really don't know how they work. But if it doesn't mention any red flag, then you should be fine and will get some good news soon. Stay positive.
And mine still says applcation received on sp and in process on applicant
