June 8th applicant. Still no med request. Not too worried yet as it seems the majority of other people in June have not gotten theirs either. Just happy to have my OWP and be with my husband. Hopefully the requests will start rolling in in the new year!

I am curious what does it say on your ecas page?
Cause my only states that the application was rec'd on June 20, that's it!
Is it normal? Isn't it supposed to state something else?

Hi brother it’s perfectly normal
Some get MR in a very beginning and some gets after 6 months it doesn’t affect your processing time.
You will get something in jan for sure

We have the same timeline
App received June 6th
Started processing July 19th
No Med request yet
I know just one june applicant claims that he got his med and waiting for DM @Shaizsarewr and we waiting for his to share his timeline

Mine was completed in October. I think you will also get your med request shortly and this should not cause any delays in your application processing time.

guys there's no med request for June applicants 2018, med Request is goanna be Mars 2019. so don't wait anything before mars 2019 that's me suggestions guys we all dreaming for med request but not there yet.

who told you can you tell us that is going to get at end of the month January 2019 hell no my friend that's fake you know there's no hopes for June applicants.
Medical request is around mars or April 2019 according cic call center. so guys for June applicants no medical request close at moments after 3 months you all see that?

Just called CIC regarding my OWP and medicals.
They shocked me with the news on OWP- this is a pilot project and I am not eligible for the work permit until I get the approval on my sponsorship.
I am out of status they said.
Also they mentioned that the whole process takes 12 months and I should not expect any news after 6 months.
Sad...

Yeah but other applicants have heard back within 6 months regarding med exams, so..... what is going on?!

Any idea about why didint start bgc

They most probably have already started BGC, since that allegedly starts after medical exam.
This is all about being patient, you are far from the 12 month end game.
