Same here, In Process since September 12, 2018 in Vancouver.

Really frustrating, everyone seems to be almost done and we haven't even received a test invite.

Am waiting for oath invite since jan11th, almost 52 days are gone not oath invite yet. Can I call cic or not? What is the maximum timelines for oath invites?

I am in the same boat as you, my ECAS status shows in process from 28-Aug-2018, i called CIC twice in last 2 months they saw it's in progress and be patient, you can try your luck

We're still waiting too (family 2), application received June 25th, AOR August 22nd, In Process September 11th. Tried 11 times to contact CIC to find out what date they're up to for Invite to Take Test - no agents to take call. The last time I called before AOR the agent was able to tell me exactly what date they were up to, so to give you an accurate idea of how long ours would take.

Update! I'm currently on phone hold and will find out the timeline and let everyone know.

After being on hold for 15 minutes, I was told that they do not have specific information about the date they're currently up to for the 'Invite to Take Test" part of the process. They only knew specific dates for the AOR and overall process which is still 12 months.

Decision Made: March 4 (at least that's when I saw it on ecas), but I knew that I passed the exam on Feb 27.
Re oath taking, I had requested that it would be after May 14 which is when we are scheduled to get back to Canada.
