In any case you can't do much now. Raise a webcase and tell them from the notes you can see file has been approved since May 2019 and no RFV email has been sent. May be someone will take action. No lawyer can't help here. It is pure administrative thing. And given the situation here IRCC may be understaffed.

Hi EVeryone.. don expect anything from IRCC fast in coming months.. all workforce is moved to help CRA and other depts.. ;plus 4500 people have sent on leave without pay for 2 months

Canada had started recalling staff from embassies around the world around mid March. So, it's possible visa offices outside Canada are understaffed.

Plus inside canada as well no draws are happenin only provisional with a clause.. csn take upto 2 years and more... uptil 5600 fed employees are sent on unpaid leave.. remaining workforce is moved cra.. bylaw dept.. etc.. immigration is no more a priority until emergency is on.. ontario is closin borders with quebec.. rather already closed except essentials and workers between gatinue and ottawa

Waited for 22 months and today got an email for remedicals.... they say need to do it within 30 days....
With the lockdown everywhere getting a remeds has surprised me too!!
What should i do?

Also with lockdown will i be able to travel? What time do they give to land in canada
