How does one know that the file has reached NDVO? Also if it has which email id should one write emails? or is it through the regular webform. Thanks

Thanks buddy...but as an applicant outside Canada I was told I can only send emails via webforms and do gcms. Can I call CIC if I live outside canada? if so can you please share the number. Thanks in advance

Hey guys! Asking for someone else, actually just want to confirm if can an applicant request for an extension of time by raising a CSE if they cannot get all of their PCC’s in the 60 days from their ITA? I remember a few people very early in this thread requested an extension and received 30 days.

Yeah you can call for free through the google hangouts app. The number is
+1 (613) 944-4000. They are usually very busy so you have to repeatedly call them just to get in the wait line.

slow down in processing imminent... for next few eeks

Call CIC, they will tell if it has been forwarded
Thanks a lot. That was real help and i could speak to the CIC agent and he told me that my file has moved to the NDVO on 22nd March 2019. He also said there is no number where I can contact them so he said email them or use the web form.

Is the movement to NDVO a positive step or it means nothing? also what can/ should I do now.

Thanks in Advance.
