Hi, please how long did it take for the status change (Med passed) from when you did your medical examination, or from when the clinic sent the results

Hello, the doctor uploaded my results on May 8th. On May 10th my status was medicals passed and this morning I got a ghost update. So I think it shouldn't take much longer.

From what I could gather, if your exams do not raise any red flags, the system clears you automatically.

What is the status with your Security?

Hi,
I was in the same boat. Received email for passport request on 07/05/2019. Below my stats:
AOR: 15/06/2018
Medical passed : 30/04/2018
Additional documents for adoptive kids: 24/11/2018.
After I replied on 24/03/19, with additional docs, no update on my profile until the 07/05/2018 when I received passeport request.
My medical was already expired and They di
You mean they extended your medical?

The people who got the re medical request with form 1017 do the Visa office affixed the picture on the form or not. If not is there any problem at the doctor's office?

Hey guys! My passport expires this year August. I got my re meds request last week. Do you advice I renew ASAP? might it delay my PPR if I dont? Because I'd have to travel to my home country to renew.

One of the instructions included in my remedical request stated: "What must I bring to my appointment? (...) Four recent photographs. You will need to bring these only if the doctor you select from the list of panel physicians does not work with IRCC via the eMedical system."

Since I went to the same doctor who performed my upfront medical exam and he uses eMedical, I didn't bring him any photos.

Do they have e-medicals? Did they click your picture?
The 1017 form does not come with affixed photo. You have to take 2 normal passport size with you.

You are almost at the fag end of receiving the PPR. I wish you would have done this earlier. I would recommend you get your COPR first and then process the new passport asap. You will have to travel with both passports, old and new during the first entry.

The form IRCC sent me had no picture on it and my doctor said he didn't need one because he had scanned the one I brought for the upfront medical exam last year.
