Hello guys, I have been a silent reader of this thread for a long time. The guidance and compassion I received through this thread is nothing less than tremendous. Although, I have not contributed much here the jokes and laughs have kept me going through.

I am happy to announce that My wife and I have finally reached the milestone that a lot of people here, have gone through and a few more of us are still aspiring to reach.

We have finally received the RFV email after 312 days of wait.

I need to thank a lot of people. A lot more than what my petty brain can register. You guys have helped me answer a lot of my doubts but keep my patience throughout the process.

@sid1987, @cansha @pursuit_of_happiness @gau55555 @Nishika22 @Mr_nobody @navinball @tobs @mathansri @richa1987 @bimale4bipeople @Ronja5200 @meany23 @lavanya31 @Micky345 @kanu @ChiragShetty20 @draxxemsklounst @DanFariasM and a lot more of you guys. Thank you for helping me keep my sanity and patience.

Thank you for being my family!

@tobs can you re-add me to the whatsapp group?
@tanush14 mere bhai, where on earth are you???!

No particular document is mentioned. A list of documents like qualification, pof, marriage certificate, photographs etc. Are asked
Were you recently married and added spuse to your application? If yes, be prepared for documents related to that.

If no, then as suggested above most likely it is to validate your eligibility related documents in person. So make sure you have all those documents.

Hello,

what happens if they ask you additional documents and you don't submit them on time (or at all)?

Will they reject the application and refund the money paid?

Thanks

Same here, AOR June 1st 2018, nothing more than medical passed afterwards.

Medicals expired in February of 2019 and no request for remedical... only thing, today, after almost one year, they asked to send new police certificates and bank statements up to date, total non sense.

Aor: 23rd june
Still waiting. Medical expiring on 16th may. No request for remedical yet

Yeah Tazzo, you've been with us along the way too. Any specific reason for the hold-up or just plain slow like security not started? As of last Friday I'm still in SS...
Plain slow like security not started.
They always say that everything is fine in your application. Its just the required time it is taking.

Seriously! How many documents they would ask multiple times before giving PR :/
