Prashant, we are nervous.
Our consultant never advised us on adding the pregnancy as he said wait till you deliver.
And now that we have a baby and the pr at the same time we are concerned as to what has to be done now. What process ? Will adding the kid again delay the application?

I saw this immigration consultant talk about a similar case. He strongly advises against landing without informing about the new dependent.

He starts addressing the issue by 39:50. I hope it helps:

We’re were under ip1 for 10 months and then got a remed request ... ppr came 12 days after doing medical ... ip1 changed to ip2 the same day the remeds were requested
mine is also same except the ppr part...its yet to come

yup really
Hi..remeds is always great news..even m rr fr pof..my aor was 11th July..wats urs..hope good news fr all of us waiting

For sure we are not sending our passports before declaring the dependent.
It’s just that we only have 3 days to send the passports for stamping and are worried that would 30 days be enough for cic to process the dependent’s application and add it on ours ...

Congrats on PPR and especially the baby. If you read your PPR it will say that if their is change in family configuration inform us. So raise a CSE and inform them and also reply on the email mentioned on PPR and inform them. They will add placeholder for your baby in the application. And you will need to get baby’s medical done. After approval they will issue a new PPR and include baby as well.

It will delay a little bit but not a lot. All the best!

Wow, thanks a lot for clarifying this.
We are just worried that with the new addition will it take another 10 months for them to reassess everything again ... fingers crossed... I’ll be filling the webform tonight itself ...

No it could be 2 months. But definitely not 10 months. Also its good that you’re adding your baby now. It will be faster. Lets say you did your soft landing and baby was born in India it would have been a longer process. So actually all is good

Sorry I was so focused on finding the video that I forgot to congratulate you on the PPR and the baby. Two real blessings. I'm sure it shouldn't take much longer. Best of luck to you!

Hi, thanks!!
If you have been asked for remeds it’s a great news. Expect your ppr within 20 days of the remeds.
Also there is no need to upload anything as the hospital or the clinic sends it directly. However to be safe you can always fill the webform and attach the receipt of your remeds. No need to attach the previous meds.
Start packing :-)

I have a question. In my GCMS under security section, sub activities are redacted. How come they are visible in ur notes?

Hi June applicants!

I really didn't think that there are people who are still waiting like me! 10+ since AOR |sigh|
Everything is passed, but security is still under process .. I got an email yesterday saying my account is updated but when I logged in there was no update hmm .. hopefully this means something good.

I hope everyone hears some good news soon!
