I will suggest (mild suggestion) to wait for at least a day before calling to know about the approval. Ghost to PPR is usually 24-48 hours. But its your call.
sure thanks for the advice i will probably call tomorrow then ! but if am too anxious then might change my mind and call tonight only ;)

Thanks buddy I can’t be happier than this but still a bit tensed until I see PPR email let’s hope I get it soon . I can see most of the getting PPR in 24 hours after ghost updates but also can see people who are waiting for more than 2 weeks after ghost update so still not entirely sure how long mine will take !

Well I am one of those still waiting for ppr. My ghost update was on 22nd. Now I dont know if its for ppr or for something else cos apparently on 21st or 22nd my file was transferred to London UK as well.

I really wish we could have better communication from CIC.

oh yeah i can understand and to add to this there are quite a few people whose applications have been approved in december and they still did not receive any PPR email . god knows what they are doing after approval !

Sadly I dont even know of iits approved. My last update was bgc started on 6th dec then I got adr request on 12th dec which i submitted on 16th. Silence till then.

And to make matters worse, my application had RR for eligibility due to me submitting MF investment as PoF (i showed surrender value tho) from May. And I found THAT out only due to gcms in nov. From may-nov cic did not bother to contact me once for the RR. Incredible.

Anyways, now that my bgc is started i guess my eligibility is passed but I am not sure. 1 call center agent right after ip2 told me its passed. The next agent few days told me under review. Though after that whenever I have called i have been told its passed.

For me calling them only serves me ONE purpose: to calm my nerves. I find their info is extremely limited or worthless as its momostly what I know already (1 call center agent even told me that u know more than me so why call).
And since last week due to VO transfer, they say they cant even access my file. And London VO hasnt replied to my email or CSE

yeah i can understand how it feels its just that we need to be more patient and wait . I agree that the agents do not tell us anything more than what we know , when it comes to security they don't know even tell us if its initiated or in progress (may be they have restrictions to disclose about it ).

Yep yep being patient though all my plans are in disarray with all the wait. For me its not the wait, its the lack of info or having to wait ages for a small bit of info.

Well lets hope things speed up though

Hi guys COPR letter comes after PPR with passport as hardcopy or via email separately? Pls suggest
CoPR comes with your visa and your passport as a hard copy document.
