Lol this is what I like about punjabis, they are very energetic , cool and fun to be around people . I had a friend back in the states who was from Punjab and he used to manage STUFF for our parties in there . From there I kind of like punjabis even though I am not one .:D:D:D

Anyone tried to call them today? I am unable to connect since last few days. Have tried many times and at different intervals but no success.

Hoping for positive week and lot of pprs.

Call them at 4:30-5:00 like the fag end of their shift.
 
Alternatively do you think its just the case of the call centre agents not knowing/not being able to see enough on their systems hence this mismatch?

For instance, most people will have eligibility under progress till the end, even if its actually cleared. The only way to know your eligibility is cleared is gcms or calling agents (like in my case).
Maybe the agents can only see limited info especially for bgc checks?

Ahh well I guess I am just being crazy and anxious.
Take no worries we are all in the same boat. As @pursuit_of_happiness suggested they may do a review when vo changes.

Not much can be done from our side apart from proactively waiting.

Didn't try today but I did notice this last week as well. Usually calling 3-4 times consecutively gets me in the queue but last week I had to try calling 8-9 times consecutively 2-3 times before I finally got in a 40 minute queue.
