Got my CBSA notes yesterday & just went through it, and revealing that one blank page in security in my IRCC notes:

Again, only one main section under security (strangely no s21 or other symbol on top right this time), with status "In Progress"

BUT, the one and only sub activity under the main has: security screening: Comprehensive./ Priority: Normal

So I guess Im in SS after all? If so, (long sign....) , but I guess I already prepared for the worst..

Is that the layout in your CBSA notes as well since you know you are in SS @Mai86 @Mr_nobody ?

How did you find out in the first place? Via GCMS?

Security section in Gcms showed 5 blank activities so we CBSA notes where these activities showed that My husband was selected for SS

Yeah but then again I don't have the 1-5 security activities that everyone, at least those in SS, seem to have.. not in the IRCC notes nor in the CBSA notes. Still confused about this, maybe whatever red flag they (for god know what reason) raised only require CBSA to check..?

Security is "in progress" with status updated date back in July, then in sub activity security is "in progress by CBSA" with status updated date back in August. So I think the file has been sitting in CBSA since August..

Ah well, if I don't hear anything before February gonna book my 2-weeks trip, who knows how long will be the wait and I will have enough time to submit passport either way I think..

Another thing is at the end of the sub acitivity there has: instructions to partner: 0 / instructions from partner: 0. So they literally just keeping it to them it seems (Not referred from CSIS nor they deem the need to send it to them)

Hi Everyone,

I just received my 2nd GCMS notes which I had applied on 17 Dec and they were generated on 18 Dec (So 2 days early!!).

Anyways, the notes almost same as my first set. Even in the second set Criminality and Security had not started. But, there is one change.

See the screenshots below. In my first notes, in Application Assignment the application was assigned to RC-2710 which is basically the code for Montreal VO. The due date was 06 Sep which of course was not followed. In the second set of notes, I think some VO officer picked the file and assigned it to himself. I guess this was done on 28 Nov based on the due date. He did miss his deadline but luckily for me not more than 10 days.

@richa1987 and @Nishika22 and all others who have their recent set of notes check whether your assignment still shows some VO code or an agent code.

Edit: Editing to add one more interesting detail. The page where analyst has comments and set my eligibility as recommend passed has S.16(1)(c) on top right of the page. So, I guess mere presence of this thing doesn't indicate SS.

Does LJ9131 reflecting anywhere else on the GCMS Note?

We are from Jordan, AOR 4 June, ip2 since July 20 according to CBSA notes he is under SS since August. Called IRCC couple of days ago, security check is still in process, eligibility, medical and criminality all passed

How do you know about the security screening ?
