I am gonna post this to end all the discussions once and for all.
Ordering notes within 2-3 months of AOR is a must as that is time that a lot of cases get review required and most of the rejections happen. Notes help people be proactive and solve any issue that they have with their applications.
After that (After recommended pass or eligibility pass) ordering notes is just really a waste of time and resources. No one can do anything no matter if the person is under criminality or enhanced SS. In that stage, ordering notes is just for the sake of peace of mind and does not positively contribute to the application itself (then why ordering it?!). So, I recommend people avoid ordering unnecessary notes.
At the end of the day, every one is responsible for their own actions. You want to take the risk or not is something personal and you need to decide by yourself.

@Nishika22 I had sent an email on 20th December and again couple of days back ... Today, I Got a reply only for the email I sent couple of days back .. The reply stated
Your file is currently under review and requires additional verifications. As a result, the assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times.

I received PPR from NDVO on Wednesday and I replied to NDVO and Ottawa to change the VFS from India to Nigeria. I also raised a CSE and I just got the response below:

I put a call through to IRCC and the agent did listen to me, she was wondering if I have ever been to India before but was cooperative and put me on hold to check the details of my application, she said she cannot see any trace of the PPR email, she only saw the CSE.

When you think that you are closer, they hit you even harder. I am just going to wait and wait now.

I am on same boat, received ppr Wednesday from NDVO n waiting response for VO change mail. Please share if you hear anything from them, I will do the same

I am used to this statement since last 3-4 months as we are not hearing any good news. Hope so not next week but Monday itself is the day.

Oh okay. I haven't been on immitracker much lately... too depressing. Last time I checked it was in the 460-470 range but that was before October.
