I also emailed ndvo on Fri around 8pm ist but just realized that I forgot to mention my dob. Should i send another email again? I completed my 6 months today and have been considered one of the 20% delayed application.

I don't think you have to send your passport to Delhi even if the PPR comes from them. I plan to send my passport to Accra even if my PPR comes from NDVO.
Yes I think someone got a PPR with request to submit passport in Ottawa, right?

Naaa. Your DOB isn't the reason they haven't replied.

I emailed them at around 11:30 AM on Friday, no response yet.
Looks like they are only responding to approved applications that were awaiting PPR

All my employers details are available on linkedin and google on various websites, reference letters submitted on letterheads of all companies, Ontario also sent me a nomination using the same details my funds are more than required, rprf paid upfront, education certificates approved by WES, valid IELTS certificatei don’t know what’s taking them longer than 6 months?

You are right, NDVO on fire yet again. I got my second ppr email today for passport submission to Delhi office. I had asked for LVO change though  weird!
Did you email NDVO for the VO change? Whats your LVO? My secondary VO is Ottawa and I am contemplating sending an email to NDVO - file approved on Nov 5 but am not sure what to do with the VO change.

I did on Friday as soon as the PPR email came in and instead of responding with VO change, they sent me the PPR email again today. I sent another one today with subject URGENT asking for VO change to Paris (my LVO). Yes, drop them an email if your file has been approved and they would let you know if it's sitting with them or not.

I received a response email from Sydney office. Looks like a standardized response.
Due to significant increase in the number of applications and e-mails we have recently received, please be aware that processing and response times may become longer than those currently listed on our website http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/
Thank you in advance for your understanding.
