Got the mail seconds ago. Funny thing is i got confirmation from Ralph today that Security is not started yet...
AOR-June-05, Medical- June-15, IP2- Aug-09, PPR-Nov-13
Congratulations!!

Welcome back CoolSandy, Seems like our PPRs got lost somewhere in the Universe :(
What is this dude?:(
What will they even do with our approved files?
They can boast that they are working well if they release PPR's on time but what work approach is this? We can neither boast that we got official confirmation nor can we be relaxed worrying when it's going to come?
I feel life was much better before IP2 atleast I used to be worried once in a while... These days nagging worry has become habitual...
I thought new life there is going to be tough and let me enjoy these last months in my home country but IRCC decided to keep us on our toes forever...

Same AOR as me! And agent told me the same thing! He was very stern about me not calling again before the first week of December is over. I am planning to go on a long vacation with no internet connectivity till Dec 3 :p
I thought the same and went offline for a week.. Was able to relax a bit but uncertainty and worries all came back with a bang after vacation... So until we get PPR I don't think we can ever enjoy anything.that too those of us who have been sitting approved for the past 3 weeks..because cases like these in bulk are unheard of in IRCC history...
My main concern is they are heading into holidays and what if our files are forgotten. I don't want to think about that scenario. It's really scary... For heavens sake they just have to trigger just a PPR mail( the longest security checks have taken a week for most of us but one damn PPR mail God knows when) :(

Even if that happens (I sure hope it doesnt) what can we do? I have heard once 6 months are over, they start saying its only for 80%, you are in the other 20%!

They don start sayin... its clearly written on der website... be patient guys..all will be good

I feel like a guinea pig now, it’s almost like they are running some wicked experiment with us. It’s even funny how you can fast scroll myimmitracker’s June AOR sorted by BG change date and find Oct 15-16th where there’s the HUGE blank (light green) stripe. We are the “let’s take these guys and make them wait for 6 months to see what happens” people. I would have thought they even lost our applications if it wasn’t because of the fact that everything is online (not paper based). Not cool IRCC, not cool....:(

It takes 4 - 6 months to get PR. You all need to relax. For those of who who know you are definitely going and you've been approved stop moaning and be patient, most of us dont even know if we will get accepted.

Congrats to all you guys with the PPR emails :)
Add me to the Sydney gang, application approved Oct 24th, transferred to Sydney Nov 7th. I hope they still have this extension of deadline for passport submission. Got to travel for a few meetings and won't be able to submit now even if they send out the email.
@tobs, how are we doing with the party thing? :D how many people are we looking at, with all the June peeps and the adopted ones? we need to take a vote on the location ;)

Guys I have a theory. I feel there is a way to crack the code for understanding CIC processing times.

I have noticed that most changes on any application happens close to "Due Date" mentioned under 'Assignment' section on our GCMS notes.

Although, I feel this due date is not for the application but an indication/reminder/snooze set by the Assigning Agent for the next assigned agent. Meaning, if someone is in IP1 and the Due Date mentioned on their Application is after next 3 weeks, it is highly likely to get an update around that time. So on and so forth for other stages.

The key is, if a lot of GCMS notes from a particular stream is gathered, we can know an average time required for each stage (ofcourse by the virtue of normalization) I know most people will be skeptical in sharing something as personal as GCMS notes. But may be people who have got PPRs.

Just a thought.
