I can't remember .. I had called them in August and haven't called them since. Takes too much of patience to reach them.
Thanks for the response. Yes they are expert in patience Test. I am in for an adventures night today. Just to bring this discussion table, One guy on immitracker has updated his status as 'refused'. March aor , refused on 24 Oct (apparently for POF not met due to exchange rate change ).. what do you think... And yes, I second the notion that one should order GCMS to be absolutely sure.... :)

@cansha , @CoolSandy Guys, what are the options I need to choose upon calling CIC. I chose 1114 then it gave me the irritating status update that is there on my profile :(. and cut me off as they are facing huge volumes. Any trick to treat ??
keep trying... i managed to get through after 3 days of consecutive calls. try again if it disconnects you. i used hangouts which is free

That's ridiculous if that happened. I don't know what to say.

I'm kind a sceptical what he had given the reason for rejection.
if this would be true then many applicant will get refusal as no one knows the Exchange rate would go that far.
correct me if i'm missing something.

LOL... They are in holiday season since July... summer vacation, Canada day, then 15 Aug independence day, then Dusshehra, Now Diwali.... Seems like there holiday season never ends :p
Seems like you are mixing up our holidays with theirs:) if they had as many holidays and festivals as us then they need to extend PR processing times too!!

thats true... excahneg rates are locked... so there is more to story.. don trust what people just write... because it is human nature to hide facts which shows your weakness

He is joking for sure! This wait is either driving people towards insanity, philosophy, humor and sarcasm.
All the same it's funny too seeing our friends becoming like this :D:D

I have submitted Singapore COC- But I got the COC based on ITA letter and there was never a need for ADR. I submitted the COC at time of e-APR. I am in IP1- Hope it helps

Does anyone know if the call agents can tell if the background check is in security screening or not? I know they can see "not started", in "process" & "completed" for both security & criminality.

dont they lock in the rate at the time of your profile submission? thats what i have been reading from on Canada visa forum.
