yeeaa ... but i don understand how the hell.. this slow down is there...we need to get some insights... because trust me in june people were getting pprs at good pace.. until i think july end or mid august

hey guys, can we use the same consent to order new GCMS notes. The consent is around 2 months old and it says in the consent that it is valid for 1 year. So want to know if it can be used multiple times or just once?

this is just speculation but probably the cause of the delay could be that so many vac around the world (visa application center) are renewing their contracts. I think the new contracts start today. so probably ircc is waiting for these new changes to apply. other than that I do not see any other reason why so many applications are approved according to cic call center but still no ppr mail received.

this is the link about the vac https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...s-vac-service-changes-asia-americas-2018.html
Seems plausible....

I agree and I would love to know. But the slowdown is real. Not sure what caused it. People in September and October are now getting MEP in 4 weeks which was around two weeks earlier. Another indication of slowing down of process.

i agree to that... because my timeline and many others along with me.. MEP was like 12 days... ip2 in next 15 days and from ip2 to ppr anytime 2- maxout 2 weeks

Unless you have GCMS notes stating that it is very difficult to say.

I have ordered one. I think that I will get once I hit 180 days:oops:

I have a query.. why the files were transferred to NS if they were already approved and only mail was to be triggered.. approved files cannot be a work load ...
Emails are only triggered after final review by the visa officer. That’s the last step and because of workload they have transferred files to NS where last step before triggering email would be performed.

This is the question for which I am grappling for an answer but definitely there would be some logic and practicality.
There is no reason ( or may be there is one) .. but there is no chance that we will ever know the reason. So for now just consider these random events.

I was told congratulations your file is approved . This approval as far as I know happens after the final review. That's why I have this question.
