Its because we are cursed that's it what it shows. Barrier in Every single step. Got a be firmly stubborn to move forward.
People say, CIC slow down their process specially after June due to fall intake student visa and some other reason. I don't believe in this, if they slow down it should be for July too, Why does it affect always June applicants.
Now, Maintenance issue, System issue, New front-end appearance of status window these all does affect only June applicants :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: Come on CIC! bring more and more reasons to delay.
ask March applicats they would say same.. now fact check.. IRCC says they 80% of application in 6 months...and we on this forum are subset of all.. so its your luck whether u r in that zone or not./... but again.. be patient..

Not to alarm you but one guy on Montreal thread had everything approved and his file moved to Montreal for final approval email. His AOR is in May and he is still awaiting PPR email as Montreal seem to be working sequentially. I think he will be getting email now in November.

I hope you get your PPR soon. Its been enough time and Sydney should be acting on all such cases.
I hope it is not the case :)as there is a group of 12 waiting ....

Order GCMS notes to get additional details of why the review is required.
naa.. its normal review of eligibility... but u can order GCMS notes it hardly 5 bucks

I hope so too .. Because in recent times I don't remember anyone reporting a PPR from Sydney office. Even on July thread everyone who reported PPR was from Ottawa.

I love sydney office.. my case was done by them in 29 days..

Already ordered 2 days ago. The waiting game now.
It should not be a cause of concern, but GCMS will give a little peace of mind and I wish you get PPR even before that.

I think they are holding up the line on purpose.
I too think so, reason being, previously everyone got PPR in two to three months, now since there is increase in ITA issued they want to ensure people dont panic after 3 months.

My ADR for RPRF changed to We are reviewing from NA yesterday. As of October 31, my security hasn’t started. Can this be a positive sign that my final review has started by the case officer?

I luckily got connected to an agent who was helpful. He told me my file was approved on 17th October ( day of ghost update) and it is currently in CIO Sydney.
On asking what is causing the delay in PPR after approval he told he is also not aware and I should expect further steps in coming weeks.
My file moved from Ottawa (as per GCMS) to Sydney. So wanted your views as to what is causing delay in PPR mails as I think around 15 of us are in same boat .
this is just speculation but probably the cause of the delay could be that so many vac around the world (visa application center) are renewing their contracts. I think the new contracts start today. so probably ircc is waiting for these new changes to apply. other than that I do not see any other reason why so many applications are approved according to cic call center but still no ppr mail received.

this is the link about the vac https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...s-vac-service-changes-asia-americas-2018.html

Just got off the phone with a CIC agent. She said Eligibility is passed, criminality is passed and security is still under process.

She also said that my file moved from Ottawa to Montreal ( that got me worried since I've read here that they are very slow |sigh| )

Montreal!!! You can see cases from Montreal on the Montreal thread. Link is in my signature. There is nothing to be worried. You need just to wait one more month. What’s your AOR. You can post your timelines on the Montreal thread
