Hello guys today i received my GCMS Notes.
My VO is CPC-Ottawa.
Eligibility-Not met
Security-Not Started
Criminality-Passed
Medical-Passed
Funds-Passed

Now what does eligibility not met means?
Also what i have to see from GCMS NOTES more?

check notes in the last few pages and ACTIVITY to see if what it says

Not met is not good. It means analyst didn't like some of your documentation and didn't award you some points which lead to decrease in your score. Check last few pages for detailed notes to see what went wrong. Based on that we can decide next course of action.

Guess you missed some posts in thread. there were quite a few reported today.

No. Didn't miss any posts. There were 3 PPRs today. I don't think you can term it as 'quite a few'. 2 other posts mentioned PPR date as Oct 17. Considering the number of people who have shifted to IP2 & have received ghost updates recently - the number of PPRs are negligible. That's what I meant.

I'll rephrase what I said in my previous post - 'PPRs trickled through today' instead of 'no PPRs'.

And did you get the email just now or you just checked it. Just trying to see if PPR email batch was delayed or something.

They have not mentioned any reason. Only mention that not met.
I provided family tree with all required certificates of My sponsor-Cousin for linkage with me. But still i dont know what was the reason.
