Friends I need help. I’m really in a bind here. I submitted my medicals upfront.
Now those medicals are expired and cic requested new ones. Problem is, the panel physician isn’t giving me an e-medical report. He just gave me the payment receipt not e-medical report because he said Medicals are not ‘upfront.’ CIC sent me a ‘client biodata summary report’ pdf WHICH the physician kept. Anyone been through this? Is the applicant suppose to submit that form completed by the physician?
Please anyone who retook the medicals after cic requested them, is just the payment slip sufficient proof of medical? It’s literally just the receipt with the amount I paid, nothing more- no consent form no barCODE, no picture. Only my name and the money I paid. HELP

Dost fail ho jaye toh dukh hota hai ... lekin dost first aa jaye toh zyada dukh hota hai
Translation : if our friend fails in their exams we feel sad but if friend comes topper in the exam then we feel more sad

If others in same timeline as me get PPR or atleast IP2, I feel happy but more sad as time passes by coz my file is just NOT MOVING

One of my friend has an eAOR of 1st March 2018. He is still in IP2.

I have suggested him to apply for GCMS notes.
The consultant Visas avenue is asking for Rs. 3,000 for filing for a service which is free of cost.

Does anyone here hav a suggestion the next steps.

If he knows his UCI or application number then he can get GCMS from third party service like getgcms.com or gcmsbuddy.com, it costs USD $10-15. I got mine from getgcms.com by 30 days. They will deliver the notes to the email address provided to them, not the email provided to IRCC. That means your friend's consultant will not know anything about it.
