Why is it review required?
Eligibility status is review required for work exp and funds.

The case analyst didn't write any notes about the work experience, if he was able or not able to verify work experience or the duties is consistent with noc or not, etc. Does this mean the case analyst didn't assess work experience and just went straight to review required?

The notes just stated to review affidavit provided by applicant's manager. Provided affidavit from manager for job duties and other details. Also submitted supporting docs like pay slips, income tax, offer letter and company ID. Worried.

Entered IP2 2 days back along with the letter for request for more info for things like eye color, height, previous Canadian visa applications etc. Finally, it seems like they're now delving seriously into June submissions.

I've got a feeling... wooooh hooooo.... October's gonna be a good month (for all of us hopefully)! :)

I guess there is no need for worry. The senior officer will review the documents and pass you as long as you have given the work experience in the letter head and the roles & responsibility match the NOC. You have also provided additional documents such as tax receipts etc. So I guess it is a good to go.

I moved to ip2 on 24th Sept with ADR request for POF.. I submitted additional documents on 27th and status in cic changed to we are reviewing the additional documents you provided.. Today it changed to Not applicable..Any idea abt this?

My duties is not on company letterhead. It was affidavit from manager. I provided a standard certificate from HR on company letterhead with only position, joining date and salary because that's the only thing they could give. Thats why i got affidavit from manager for other employment details

You will get your PPR when the next batch is sent out (anywhere between a day to three weeks)

Simply because case analyst is not the final authority and hence a senior officer may have asked for additional documentation.

But, it is good news that case analyst found everything in order. It means, you're definitely closer to the PPR. All the best!
