They asked me to upload my cv and to fill a supplemantary form for students.they gave me 30 days to do so

You are very close to PPR my friend.. You must be Inland applicant.. right ??

Is there any possibility of rejection at this stage?

I'm just confused why they want your CV and I don't even know what a supplementary form for students really is...
As it's a PR application why the want CV.. Is your application supported by a LMIA ??

No. My app is not supported by LMIA They usually ask about cv and this student form for some nationalities and people involved in research since my last occupation was research based in nature.

As you have provided what they wanted in Due time I don't see any reasons for refusal here.. But as you submitted your ADR recently it can take a week or two to get updated and your PPR will follow soon after !!
