Yes, that’s correct.Sounds logical
Where to check who made recent notes? I am assuming it must be by the agent. If it was by officer, it would be written passed right? Plz correct me if im wrong
You are right. It was by case processing agent. Nothing about officer. So my eligibility must have been passed after final review by Sydney officer.Yes, that’s correct.
You can check in the “Notes” section.
Label: EE Eligibility
Office: Centralized Intake Office

OFFICER REVIEW - APPLICATION ..blah blah blah...Selection EE Passed
In my opinion, You can now relax as you know that the application is approved.I know there is nothing as satisfying as the PPR/COPR, but you can get back to packing the bags, shopping pre cooked food for the starting days in CANADA. PPR will definitely come in a day or two or three or four or whenever sydney guys get happy to oblige youFrom gcms notes which I ordered on Oct 10th, I came to know that my file was transferred to Sydney on Oct 11th. And my gcms notes were generated on Oct 12th, saying criminality passed and eligibility met and security not started.
On 18th file got approved. It took Sydney guys just 6 days to finish security but to trigger ppr mail can't fathom what's stopping them
So we ordered notes again. Hope to receive PPR before notes atleast this time
Even I got to know from Ralph's email that my application was approved on Nov 8. But unfortunately file is now in CIO Sydney. Not sure when I will get PPRIn my opinion, You can now relax as you know that the application is approved.I know there is nothing as satisfying as the PPR/COPR, but you can get back to packing the bags, shopping pre cooked food for the starting days in CANADA. Great. Thanks for the info. My Eligibility status is also Met by Case processing Agent. August 2 AOR.You are right. It was by case processing agent. Nothing about officer. So my eligibility must have been passed after final review by Sydney officer.
Correct dude. But we cannot book tickets until we know for sure the date of departure. Not to forget resignation, notice period, selling assets and all... all are in hold mode for now...In my opinion, You can now relax as you know that the application is approved.I know there is nothing as satisfying as the PPR/COPR, but you can get back to packing the bags, shopping pre cooked food for the starting days in CANADA. You wont believe it. According to notes, eligibility is met on 27/06/2018. They didnot touch it until Oct 11th, the day after my gcms request. Was it coincidence? Who knows ?Great. Thanks for the info. My Eligibility status is also Met by Case processing Agent. August 2 AOR.
I guess I should just relax and wait two more months.
How many months from when that agent made those notes to when your app was approved?
Christmas? Next week is Thanksgiving.Guys, anyone tried calling IRCC from India in last two days. We have tried so many times but just not getting through
Also, I am dreading what if once their Christmas season starts the process will be even slower.
I heard Vegreville office has been closed now...and the workload distributed...I was wondering, if that could be the reason for the delay.Gulp! Don't keep me in suspense dude...spell out the writing on the wall!
I was hoping its a positive trend...Vegreville to Ottawa and then maybe a faster processing of the application (though after 5 months, HOW can they be eh )...but thy words sound ominous!!!
Can you confirm the "due date" under Application Assignment on the 1st or 2nd page of GCMS?You wont believe it. According to notes, eligibility is met on 27/06/2018. They didnot touch it until Oct 11th, the day after my gcms request. Was it coincidence? Who knows ?
Uh oh! In any case, if the workload distribution had to happen, Im only glad we all landed up in Ottawa....and not Montreal (sorry @cansha ) or Sydney (sorry @CoolSandy ). But yeah, there is no guarantee Ottawa is not going to take as long (or longer) than its notorious sister offices, though we can but hope that all of us in the Oct 26 IP2 who are allocated to Ottawa have reason to thank our VO before longI heard Vegreville office has been closed now...and the workload distributed...I was wondering, if that could be the reason for the delay.
Almost same reply here, criminality passed on the 16th, at least yours is in Ottawa, mine is at the renowned Sydney -.-Hi all. I got following reply from Minister Ralph's office,
File at : CPC Ottawa
Eligibility is in process.
Criminality passed on Oct 19, 2018
Security have not been initiated. They cannot be expedited and timelines are not available.
Medicals are valid until July 6, 2019.
Wondering why security check has not been started yet. How long does it take to complete security check. When can I expect/expect to get PPR?
My current status is : Background checks are in process.
Thanks
