Did you know your Visa Office before? I mean I thought all 15/16 IP2s are stuck in Sydney, NS.

To all IP2 around 15th October approved cases it seems delay has been in assigning our cases to LVO's so it's just matter of time before this forum will erupt with joy...I think by this week most will get PPR. Special thanks to @navinball @sid1987 for informations and help.

Most of the PPRs today were approved at Sydney VO. So Sydney started sending files to Local VOs. fingers crossed!!!!

....Yes it was Sydney after Ottawa as told by agent. Hey I am sure you too will get PPR by this week.

Trying to figure out if the PPR has to do anything with NOC or not. They might need a specific category of human resource and would be inviting candidates accordingly.
