Everything looks good. Also, you can read detailed notes in last few pages of the file. Eligibility is considered to be biggest hurdle so that has been crossed. Security may have started by now since your file has been moved to Ottawa. I think you may get your PPR sooner than you think.Hi Guys,
I received GCMS notes-(Brief Description below)
AOR June 3
CEC Inland
Medical passed 14 June and Since I am CEC I directly got into IP2 (By wording - BG in Progress)
On Page 2- Eligibility say recommended pass, criminality in progress(Which I assume is after MEP- since 15/June). Security is mentioned as not started.
In Notes : Case analyst recommendation is A11.2: Appears Met.
In total there are 64 activities mentioned in GCMS notes however activity 1 is blank, Activity 6 is the only place where I can see Review required is mentioned in my notes by Office: OSC - Operations Support Centre. Activity 9 has Selection-EE Econ as Recommend Passed
They requested for RCMP on 14/June submitted on 21/June. Note 1 says its received on 6th July.
File transfer to Ottawa on 6th July (Work Load Distribution)
Any suggestions on the above?
Also, Do they take so much time for Criminality check or is there is something I am missing?
no need for that. it's a mistake and people make mistakes. Does it affect your CRS score?Yeah bit Agents remarks in Capital letters terrified me " PA gained point as SINGLE on ITA & DIVORCED on APR". I did a stupid mistake before ITA. Should I send them a statement that of course it was a mistake or they will get it as at the time of ITA my divorce was in process. And it got finalized before APR.

Thanks Linda.Your gcms notes are same as mine, no one has lifted finger on my file since they request for rcmp. It appears that they have received and updated police certificate on file , but they haven't checked it afterwords....good luck
No, it doesn't. Score remains same.no need for that. it's a mistake and people make mistakes. Does it affect your CRS score?
Thanks Cansha.. You are a star.Everything looks good. Also, you can read detailed notes in last few pages of the file. Eligibility is considered to be biggest hurdle so that has been crossed. No updates after medicals is more common than getting updates. So no problem there. I finish 4 months on Oct 19. I still have minimum 45 days more to wait. It is tough! Thanks Cansha.. You are a star.
However 4 months, no movement after Medicals
Anyways... Good Luck to you too... You are also reaching 5 month mark soon... Hope Montreal office gives you a good news sooner.
I don't think that's grounds for misrepresentation. I once read a post by LegalFalcon on what misrepresentation is classified as and this doesn't look like it. However I understand how you can be anxious about this. So yeah, submit a LOE as suggested by Cansha and explain things in detail. No, it doesn't. Score remains same.
I just fear they might think I misstated/ misrepresented, that's all. And they might end up sending me procedural fairness letter just to make sure that it was a mistake( Just my opinion)
My personal take is this. I don't think what you did is wrong to the level of misrepresentation. No, it doesn't. Score remains same.

for sure let me know also how your case proceedsThanks Linda.
Let us keep each other posted if there is any update
