I have received my cbsa notes today and all my husband's info are blanked (he is the one under Security Screening, not me). I am the main applicants and I have sent the signed consent form from both of us.
Any idea what has happened?

Finally I get my passport request after 9 long months
its been so long that I don't even know if I should be excited
@tobs @cansha @gau55555 @ChiragShetty20 @Mr_nobody @Prashant86_2000 and all others....you people are SIMPLY AWESOME! thanks for all the support and motivation. though I wasn't an active member, ive been reading every comment on this forum from day one.

Ive submitted my passport today, and also sent an email requesting an extension for medicals since it expires on June 3rd.

Congratulations!
It looks like most of the people are getting their PPR after completion of 9 months.
Now i am just waiting for my 9 months to be completed which is due in a week.

Regarding s16 sign on the top right corner.

Despite all the meaning of it and bla bla bla, I would like to know its effect in practice.

I do have it on my case analyst notes page. Does it mean necessarily some information was redacted on this page????

I do not have it on any other page, neither the email which I receive my notes was saying about some info been redacted.

looks like that's the new trend even for GCMS notes. I've heard of spouse's info being redacted despite signing the consent form.

No, not in the Cbsa (I had it in Gcms only). Every single page related to his information is fully blank, not even some partly redacted info... Very weird

I have asked Getgcms and that's the response I have got:

Thank you for your email. A federal agency can exempt information from disclosure under different provisions of the Access to Information Act, specifically sections 13-26. If you believe that the information provided to you has been incorrectly exempted, you can challenge it before the Information Commissioner of Canada. The ICC will make a determination on whether the information that has been exempt from disclosure is valid under the Access to Information Act or not.
We transmit the CBSA notes as we receive them from CBSA, without any changes or alterations. The CBSA notes are the Federal Government of Canada records, which are classified as Protected B. Tampering them, altering them, or making any changes to them is illegal.

If you wish to file a complaint with the ICC, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist you to do so.

Please advise how your would like to proceed.

Raise a CSE if you have not done that before and ask them about the extension status of your medicals. In my case, they confirmed that they have extended it.
