CIC have been trying their best at keeping me at bay and surprise with the PPR directly.

Nothing on CSEs, No reply to my emails, No GCMS till now, PPRs God knows, and now they are not letting me in on CIC website. Getting error 404 since sometime ... Anyone else facing same problem ?

Edit - Getting error 502 sometimes

I checked my notes generated on 5th dec, i found that applocation asseiged by: Ml14796 to RC-9515 on 25th nov.
The last update on my application was on 26th oct. when criminality is passed.
As per my understanding, this mean asseigned by one officer to pool of officer , right?

Hi Everyone,

I just received my 2nd GCMS notes which I had applied on 17 Dec and they were generated on 18 Dec (So 2 days early!!).

Anyways, the notes almost same as my first set. Even in the second set Criminality and Security had not started. But, there is one change.

See the screenshots below. In my first notes, in Application Assignment the application was assigned to RC-2710 which is basically the code for Montreal VO. The due date was 06 Sep which of course was not followed. In the second set of notes, I think some VO officer picked the file and assigned it to himself. I guess this was done on 28 Nov based on the due date. He did miss his deadline but luckily for me not more than 10 days.

@richa1987 and @Nishika22 and all others who have their recent set of notes check whether your assignment still shows some VO code or an agent code.

Edit: Editing to add one more interesting detail. The page where analyst has comments and set my eligibility as recommend passed has S.16(1)(c) on top right of the page. So, I guess mere presence of this thing doesn't indicate SS.

Hi Cansha,

Thanks for the brilliant analysis. In my notes, it is assigned to a code that starts with CD10825. Can you please help me understand if this is an agent or a VO? Doesnt seem like a VO

Hell yeah! I am looking forward for that party. @tobs - Whats the latest on the party plan? :)
The menu is ready. And was initally slated for June (tentatively) when we know most people would have gotten their PPRs and landed.

Looks like an agent with the 5 digits and no (dash)

Managed to call last week but as per agent, application hasn't been looked into since Oct (when online status changed to 'we are doing background check' ) and is awaiting eligibility confirmation from officer to kick off background check.
Dropped them CSE this Monday, and got reply saying no need to worry and all is in order with no reference to timelines etc.
Wondering if there are any escalation or flagging routes to highlight the plight due to this complete apathy?
I would have thought that their system would flag up stuck applications and prioritise accordingly to keep the service times.

You're in the security not started ark with @Prashant86_2000 And a host of others.

@Prashant86_2000 Sir got my gcms eaxctly after 90 days .In review required for such a stupid reason. The case analyst dint find my eca report on the document attached.

How did the r10 happen if ECA was not there. Prog analyst clearly wrote ECA masters verified on issuing agency website.

@tobs
I don't have a reference of ECA in my Case Processing Agents Remarks but it does mention Education Credential Provided as Master's Degree. So, it looks like there is some mismanagement of documents or accessing documents as R10 was cleared. But the online application form does have ECA reference details which can be easily verified online by Case Analyst, don't see a reason for putting a review required tag else what is the whole point of having digital channels.

Am sure they must be checking all the documents at all review stages.

I have the exact same reflection on my note, obviously agent is different. BTW Nov 25 is Due date.

Was your file at CIO before it got assigned to CPC Ottawa?

It certainly is an Agent, so CD10825 has to work on your file.

It would help understand/interpret better if you could give your detailed timeline and file movements, if any, as per your GCMS Notes.

Yes, but it was assigned to Ottawa after R10 check i think, in july.
Now my primary office is Ottawa and secondary is CIO

I think may be alot of guys who are in IP2 since late oct, in same situation.
Iam thinking to send mails to Ottawa

We don'y get any replies from anyone either, totally in the dark. It's either GCMS or biting on our teeth until something happens.

Hi Richa,

My timelines are aor april 26
Passed eligibility criminality and medicals.
Eligibility passed on june 26th after which it has been in security.

I only ordered one set of notes which were received on dec 20th and had the file assigned to CD10825 and due date was 28th July 2018 which obviously passed long back.

I am assuming we are in ss and yet to order cbsa notes but security information is redacted from my gcma notes.

As ut seems GCms and cse didnt make difference
Makes sense! Team Ottawa take an awful lot of time to reply though - my first mail sent on 19th Dec finally elicited a reply from them on 5th Jan - and the second one sent on 7th Jan still hasn’t been attended to
