If you had American Express Credit Card anywhere across the globe, they let you port profile to new country and issue you credit card with comparably better credit limit. Hi! i called up CIC twice to check on my application status; first time they said eligibility met but not formally announced and BGC is in progress; 2nd time they said eligibility looks OK and BGC is not yet completely. I assume both meant the same. However, I asked about the RPRF fee that I paid upfront and they said there is some confusion on the fee part and hence it was requested to pay again. I was not able to get further details.
