I sent an e-mail using the below two e-mail addresses, one of them is inactive and the other one works but I'm not sure which one. Just send an e-mail to both, I received a response the next day.

I got auto reply instantly. This is what I got-

15 working days.

Surname and Given name(s);
Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD);
Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number or Passport number;
If you did not provide us with this information, we will not be able to provide a response.
