You have to wait a bit longer. Some people had to wait 40+ days before they got theirs.
I sent a couple of e-mails to the Mexico VO regarding my approved file and received no response, they are supposed to be my local VO based on my country of residence. I sent an e-mail to the Sydney office and they just told me that I am in queue for issuance of correspondence regarding the issuance of my landing documents.
My medicals expire in March, which I assume is the deadline to do my landing. What happens if I don't get the PPR e-mail by March? Would they ask me to retake my medicals even though my file was approved already?
Would mailing the NDVO office help me in any way despite the fact that I live on the other side of the world and they are not my Local VO?

When you say you sent an email to Sydney and got a response do you mean a CSE? or an actual email. If yes, can you share the email address.
Yes, they'll either ask you to retake your medicals or extend it for you.
Yes, email NDVO, you can try to change your VO afterwards. It's pretty easy to do so.
I don’t think anyone would be working in Montreal in first week of Jan. And in the next week as per tradition they generally Wednesday is a better day. So 9 Jan.
His GCMS notes was marked as "b'fd January 2019" read through conversations in last 10 days.
I sent an e-mail using the below two e-mail addresses, one of them is inactive and the other one works but I'm not sure which one. Just send an e-mail to both, I received a response the next day.

Do you mind sharing the NDVO e-mail address? I searched through this thread but there are so many pages that I got lost.
How would NDVO working on any day matter if the file is stuck in Sydney / Ottawa / Montreal?
I guess NDVO guys are having a break too...they issued a good number of pprs in last few days. I am thinking tomorrow they may push a few more.What happened to the wave of good news from NDVO? Why was today so quiet?
The email i sent to NDVO was forwarded to CIO Sydney by NDVO who later responded that my file is in queue for issuance of correspondence concerning my landing document. The receiving email address is not in the mail and CIO responded through a donot reply email add.
I’m not sure but there were a few who mailed NDVO and had some luck and their files had nothing to do with NDVO as well. And at this point I’m emailing any email ID I can get hold off. The time to apply logic has gone.
Hahahahahaha...really, I am feeling nostalgic about the period between my ITA and PPR...The way, I felt everything will be soon be completed and I would be planning for my life in a new country, soon.
Everything went smoothly until ip2 and then It got stuck...Security Not Started!
I am in d same situation. They said i will be contacted in due course but only God knows how long. Let me know if there is any update.
