But you might not too And for me it has value itself, with or without PPR, because it's interesting to see what's going on behind the scenesBut, i heard that it takes another 30-40 days for us to receive the GCMS notes... And you would never know....you may get your PPR by then

hi, i was just wondering if you are in Canada? I tried calling ircc hotline today thru hangouts, and i am outside canada. it was a miracle that i was able to connect immediately on my first try, however, the kind lady told me that they can only check applications inside canada.I called the IRCC Agent last Thursday and got the exact same response. I asked specifically about Background check and he said only if the eligibility passes they will move to background check. My application is getting processed in Montreal.

My status is ip2... I called and checked. The file has not transferred, it is still in the processing centre, nova Scotia. Next I would be getting a notification she said, when I asked how will I get to know where my file is transferred.
