I feel they eventually will...I guess if only Sydney transferred all India based files to NDVO, people may have better luck with PPR.

You are so right. I am with you on that. Hope it gets better.Yes and I agree to all of those points. I don't blame them for wait times. Most people call back multiple times and wait on the phone. I don't blame them if they don't have information. BUT I don't see any reason why I need to condone or justify their rudeness or bad behavior. There is no place for that in a professional setting.
And I agree they are human at the end, but the person calling is also a human and may be at a more vulnerable state than the person answering the call.
I know, when I started my career as a customer service exec for an international project, I was paid like ₹3000 (around $40 as per current xchange rate) per month and still asked to keep a smile on my face everytime I am on a call. This was back in 2003.Yes and I agree to all of those points. I don't blame them for wait times. Most people call back multiple times and wait on the phone. He said “eligibility needs additional review and background check hasn’t started”.Did the call agent say "eligibilty" or "background check"??
No ghost but by calling in October I confirmed that it was approved on Oct 18th.Hey all, people who went to ip2 on october 15/16 and got the ghost update on october 23rd-25th, have they seen any movement in their file since then or got a chance to call cic?
If yes, what is the update? Does raising it on web form or through cic agent is of any help, if you have crossed a 6 months mark.
One more, everything same...I guess if only Sydney transferred all India based files to NDVO, people may have better luck with PPR.
It is utterly a big lie from the CC agent. I have ordered GCMS notes once, MP inquired once, I called whopping 11 times before approval (1st call was just after 42 days) and 2 times after approval (approved 5th Nov) and raised CSE once after 184 days. No agent ever told me anything nagetive about my calls/inquiries. Also call center agents do not have access to our files or involved in any ways to our applications so there is no way they can raise a red flag or a green/good flag and get involved with our application. Clearly this guy was bluffing.looks like i cannot interact with them until april 16th 2019. the man literally told me that everytime i call they flag/mark it. 3 calls in 6 months and 2 gcms. he pointed out that i have applied for one on friday before checking my file.
he was super reluctant to check the file. at first he was like you have the progress bar then he was like if you have called us a month back then there is no update as of yet.It is utterly a big lie from the CC agent. That's peculiar. But he said they dint need additional documents so no need to fret.He said “eligibility needs additional review and background check hasn’t started”.
My eligibility was recommended passed as per GCMS on July 9th.
