Hi! Has anybody here requested for the GCMS notes? How long would the electronic notes from the officer usually take?

That means decision is yet to be made. Send them photos to have the PPR sooner when you get approved. Good that Rome responded. What is the email address you used?

I ve sent them pictures and copy of the passport upfrond. Wish to have some news asap. . . I think if my application is close to be finalised and thats why they informed me about the picture. Arent they?

Usually about 30 days. But a month or two ago there was a big backlog (I think) and some people waited for 50+ days.
I've ordered mine on Oct 7 and are still waiting, hopefully they'll arrive within a week.

Almost 3 weeks ago, my husband got the passport request with 2 pics
2 weeks ago, background check is IN PROGRESS
A few days ago on ECAS - Decision Made for PA
and today on MyCIC - Passed, Passed & Approved *woot woot*
Today another email from embassy that the Passport will be ready in 5 days......5 days???
what a long process just to get that damn piece of paper

Oh wow, I ordered mine just 5 days ago. It did say on the website that they're dealing with a lot of requests. They also did say that the notes I'm asking for can be easily and quickly requested. Hoping yours arrive soon!

Did they send you photo instructions attached to the last email they sent you? I have noticed that they ask for 2 additional pictures when they are about to make the decision. If I was you, I would send those pictures and a copy of passport.

Sorry luqman, I've missed your message! We sent the application in June, and I still don't have my medicals passed. I'm getting a bit worried...
