I was looking over the SA approval letter and I think you can send the receipt with a case specific enquiry.

My wife's myCIC account indicated a status change of "Review of Eligibility: Review in Progress" on August 17. It has been a week and I have yet to receive a confirmation of SA email and my wife's ecas status has still not been updated to "in process". Also, I never received an AOR1 from CPC-M. I hope that the VO in Ankara will send an AOR2 to my wife's myCIC account. She also has received no email communications from CIC.

-App rec'd at CPC-M on June 29
-No AOR1
-Linked app to wife's myCIC on August 2 - showed app status Open and meds Passed
-ECAS updated to app received on August 5, indicating that they had begun processing app on July 15
-Wife's myCIC status changes to: In process on August 17
-No SA
-No ECAS update
-No AOR2.

I have sent a case-specific inquiry, but don't expect a response for 10 days. :(

Getting nervous. It's being around two weeks since we got confirmation of SA via call. Since then we didnt receive any email or mail....How long could it be for a letter to arrive...?

Maybe it's like the socks that get lost in the dryer. :'(

I don't see provision to upload the receipt. Let me give a try again.

Thanks,

I would call again and try to get your UCI from them. Perhaps confirm your e-mail and mailing address as well.

You should send it to both CPC-M and your local VO.

I knew you would have the answer. ;D

So, I have to use the same form and submit the same docs again ?

There are specific webforms for specific VO's.

Google your VO and use the form for that particular VO.

It's more of a precautionary thing than anything else.

Sometimes the communication between CIC is less than stellar, and I have seen people submit things that CIC then says they never recieved.

If it is sent to both CPC-M and the local VO I would think the risk of a mix up would be reduced.

When I sent SVO an updated form and additional proofs, I used the CSE webform and then physically mailed it to their PO Box address with tracking number to ensure it had been recieved.

I would probably do the same with the reciept if I had not paid all fees upfront lol.
