Thank you for clearing this out. Now this brings me back to Square One.

I got the email regarding SA on August 12, 2016 and the PA changes was changed to "in process" on August 22. I still haven't' received any emails from NDVO regarding AOR2. What should I do now? Should I contact anyone or just wait?

NDVO is a very busy office. 1/3 of the applicants on the June spreadsheet have New Delhi as their VO. I'm sure it is just a matter of time, unfortunately.

Are there instructions on the AOR2? We paid upfront. I wish I could be of more assistance. :-[

I would email for sure. Is there a link to contacting the VO? Perhaps asking someone from the same VO might be better?

Other news...

Just as I was hoping it would happen. I was finally able to link my application to MyCIC!! Yay!

It was three for the number of people, but I figured it wouldn't happen until my app was transferred.
