• PA side, try to fill in as little information as possible. Also, the number of people in the application has to be at least 2 (PA+Sponsor+dependent children(if any)).

This is the best advice I've seen so far. I've tried multiple times to link since getting access in eCAS, without success. I think what was throwing me off, aside from completing too many fields, was calculating the number of people. I was indicating one just for myself when it should've been two to include my husband (sponsor).

I can now see that the medical has passed. Another step!

choose category - permanent residence
choose sub category - family class (spouses)
choose application number and uci and then enter application number and uci.

now add city of birth, country of birth, and then add passport number of pa, country of passport issue, issue date and expiry date.

and the last one fill them, this one is more important, you need to fill out exactly what you filled on your forms... or it will say error..

province ? what you wrote on your forms?
city town village? what you wrote on your forms?
current marital status? what you wrote on your forms?
number of family members? write this 2 if you are sponsoring only wife/husband i.e you the sponsor and your wife/husband that is 2.

ours haven't yet.
we called them up last time and they told us to wait until Aug. 2.
but no email yet
we can really feel the agony and pressure!

• Hello I have received my Aor1 on July-19 but not able to Link Application with Account. I am using representative this could be the reason. Does anyone have same probem. Does anyone have idea about this issue.Which side either Sponsor side or PA side i need to Link Application.

  Yes I have the same problem, I can't link my application because it says I have a representative ???, and asks me to give them up before linking the application. I additionally have a problem of not seeing my status on ECAS as well no matter which information I use. So right now I am just waiting on my lawyer to tell me if he receives something... :-[

I wasn't able to check on ecas till yesterday.
I am able to view the ECAS updates by using PA's details since yesterday. Give a try.

Apparently I am not able to track it online, by using file status.

I am having the Same issue- my file was received on June 14th - AOR1 received on June 30th but not able to track online ,but that should be fine it happens for many cases.not to worry,wait for an week or so and then call them,I am going to do the same. .My Family also is in India now. Applied for TRV and waiting for that as well. .finger crossed and lot more to come.
