Was your application received in CIC on Jun 21st? Or Jun 21st was when they started working on your file?
I am asking cause mine was received on Jun 21st and I have not heard anything yet... I got a confirmation from Canada Post that was successfully delivered on Jun 21st.

Well so much for accelerating the processing of family class applications. I am guessing the Canada Day long weekend and summer vacations and kids out of school may have contributed to that.

I also noticed that since many months ago, the total processing time for Philippines seems to be stuck at 13 months for a really long time, so there is no improvement at all. Given that 2015 had the largest number of immigrants from Philippines, and assuming the bulk of the backlog would also be Philippines applications, why hasn't there been an impact yet?

.Our AOR was received June 30 and we're not on ECAS yet. I tried entering both the sponsor and applicant information and nothing is there yet.

The posted times are entirely inaccurate. It reflects how long CIC processed 80% of applications within not how long it takes to process an application from the Phils.

With a straight forward application you can expect to be processed between 5-9 months. A more useful.. and more accurate way to determine current processing times is to check the timelines of others who are at MVO.

Case and point, my buddy on the forum had his application finalized within 8 months. Thailand's posted processing time is 29 months. As you can see, these figures mean nothing.

I just checked mine too and it says in process.

my app was received on june 13 , and aor1 on june 29 . It currently says the following and it's in process. I just checked this using sponsor details..

We started processing your application on June 28, 2016.

When would you expect to see "Medical Received"?

They received my (principal applicant) application on June 6, started processing the sponsor's application on June 22 and sent the AOR1 June 23, and my ECAS don't show the medical confirmation yet. Thanks everyone!

I also have 3 lines on the sponsor side and 2 on the applicant side. I know ECAS isn't the most reliable resource for checking on application updates, but it's reassuring to be seeing something. To those who don't have access yet though, I wouldn't worry. I've been reading through other threads and like I said earlier, ECAS isn't always reliable anyway.

The long wait is killing me! Can't wait to be with my hubs again!

I sent my application to mississauga and they got my files on 15th June , now my bf still didn't get any email for AOR ,while the other ame period time with mine are getting AOR. about email ,will it send to only sponsor or the applicant too? Anybody elsewho send app. files at mississauga get AOR? Please let me know . Thanks.
