Principle Applicant side is still IN PROCESS,................if already 8.5 months passed u can expect anything in 9th to 10th month from LVO


you will get Remedical first

then PPR

But why the sponsorship status has been changed now to in process? As it has been transfered to london office in feb 2016 ? Is changing the status is sign of they have opened the file now?

Great news! Actually I've checked other month applicants and they have their background check in progress now as well Seems like another mass update which is great! I don't have access to MyCIC but hopefully mine is in progress as well

As I've heard Background check doesn't take long if they have all required documents from you.

I think you will find that most of those applicants, especially the more recent ones, whose background check is in progress are from visa-exempt countries.

Apparently, it can take 3 months for Medicals to be received/passed from the day they are sent.

Ankara June applicants got PPR in 3 months..so you think all lines( medical, background, interview etc.) gonna be updated at once at some point?

Do you mean that some Ankara June applicants already have their PPR? Are they on this forum/spreadsheet?

As for ECAS/MyCIC updates, I believe that - for now - no news is good news.

That's very lucky! All depends on the officer who's working on your application..and of course if it's a straightforward one.

Thanks for the update and congrats. Can you outline what you wrote on the letter and the differenct types of supporting documents used ? This will help anyone strengthen their case as every person has different criteria. Thanks
