Hey rockgurl, you said you emailed them the missing form? does that mean that if there is a missing form, we don't have to rely on snail mail and just email them a PDF version of a form?? That would be awesome! :)
That is correct, My wife emailed me the form to sign, I signed it and scanned it and emailed it back in less than and hour , Then she emailed to CIC with the email address that was on the email from CIC. problem fixed with in a day, would have taken at least a week if we had mailed it in . Quick and easy. Just make sure you include all the info that they are requesting, ie, sponsor name and date of birth, UCI number and application number

Huh, my application just switched to "In Process" already. But no "medicals received" yet, nor an AOR from Vienna. I'm almost suspicious of all the early "In Process", like they've changed their protocols or something like that.

Oh dear God I hope having In Process isn't just a fluke...

My husband called cic regarding our application because since day 1 we didn't received any email from them. We tried to call them twice but the call center agent keep on saying we need to wait. But today its good thing that a very nice and good hearted call center agent picked up the phone for my husband he quickly checked our application file when he clarify that we din't received any email. Thanks God for this man, now we know that they inputed the right email for my husband, our apllication is approved and he adviced that if we still didn't received any email 2-4weeks just call again cic.

Now we are at peace and waiting for good news this coming weeks!

Check cic website they actually working on June 8 application.

HI Everyone.

Congratulation all for the progress on their file and best of luck to the one's waiting to hear from CIC.

I want to understand that I got SA and file is transferred to New Delhi.

Can I apply for a visitor visa for my spouse at this stage? Do they grant visitor visa then PR application is in progress?

Thank you.
Depesh

Yes you can apply for Visitor Visa and it will have no effect on your PR process.
Check out the thread below for info on tips and success stories for New Delhi.

Yay, called CIC this morning and spoke with them. Found out I got my SA on August 7 and our package was sent to Singapore. I was told I will be getting my letter by the end of the week or early next week.
I wanted to ask them why I never got my AOR but didn't want to jinxed it, lol. :)

Just wanted to update everyone. I was concerned that I did not get any correspondence from CIC after the initial AOR. I called them today and the agent told me that I was approved for sponsorship and that the file was transferred to London on August 6th. He also sent an email to CIC requesting them to send me an email for approval. Hopefully will get that in a week or so. But all in all, relieved to hear the good news.

Now have to wait for London to start the processing. I hope its much quicker than 28 months but have no idea what to expect.

Just received AOR2 from Delhi Immigration... :)
