You need to call centre to get info on the first part of your application (SA). Their number is 1-888-242‑2100

It is regular number only (1 888 242 2100).

I did talk to cic about my file and a lady told me that all French applications are late because they don't have enough bilingual officers

Ok, my sponsor application says: in process!
I am from June 15th. The website says they are working on June 8th (we know they are working in applications after June8th because a lot of people called CIC and they got their SA trough phone call!)
I am wondering if it is too early to call and check my application! I am not sure but I think someone got the SA trough phone call even when ECaS account showed 'in process'. What do you guys think? Is it too early for june 15th worry about it? Thanks!

Hi fsc.. Its me who got SA through phone while the ecas said In Process
My case was that even the second stage turned In Process so both files were in Process at the same time
And processing time website showed that they are working on July 8th applications by mistake

You should wait couple of days let the website get updated and then call them....my ecas is still showing in process for SA application...and I have received AOR2

I just laughed at that...For a BILINGUAL country, that's just sad!

62 days and still no Decision Made or SA... and with Quebec I need to have the letter before it goes further... so now I am scared once I will have DM I will still have to wait a few days or a week before I have my letter and go with Quebec immigration... sound more like 70 days + to me than the 55 - 58 days we had all summer

That's pretty bad... at least all the other provinces when they have their DM it seems CIC send their applications to the VO while waiting for the official answer without losing any time... but for us in Quebec we need DM and a mail to go forward plus we are wasting 1 month with Quebec... thanks

Hi all! Anyone here got the same timeline as me? I submitted my spousal sponsorship application last June 1 2015... Decision made last July 31 and received the e-mail August 6.

Just wondering if anyone got any updates yet from Manila Visa Office regarding their spouse's application...

We have the same timeline. i got the SA email last Aug 6. After that, i have not heard any update regarding our application. Based from the others' experiences, PPR comes 2-3 weeks after the SA email.
