Possibly, but there are a few end of May people that haven't received their SA yet, so I think the CIC is not quite yet at the June group.

Not everyone receives AOR. CIC received my application on June 1st according to Canada Post and I never received an AOR.

Doesn't that worry you though? What if my application is pushed aside and forgotten? Or dropped on the floor and swept away by the cleaning staff? :-X

Oh no no!! The problem with spousal sponsorship is there is not really any standardized process. So an agent that does not like sending AORs does not need to send them. If you're really that worried, I would say get in touch with the call centre. I will be doing that tomorrow since it will have been 57 days since the application was "received".

Called the CIC call centre...According to the girl on the phone, they haven't even opened my file yet...She said I shouldn't worry too much since it says on the website that they're still working on May applications. She said that if I see that on the website it says they're working on applications that are past my date (June 1st), then I need to call them back. Now I'm worried and freaking out. Gosh!

Ugh, that's not fun CamL-W! They say they update the website weekly, but that has not always been true.

I wouldn't wait that long to call again. It's true that they haven't approved any June applications yet, according to the spreadsheets. I'd call the day somebody in our group receives their SA.

Yes I will do that for sure. I will try calling later in the week also and hopefully fall on another agent that might be a bit more helpful.

My wife, sponsor , just received our first correspondence from CIC, stating they were missing form 5490, I know it was in the package, but I also know it is not uncommon that they misplace paperwork, positive that they are looking at paperwork, should be a quick fix. This is positive!!!Praise God for his goodness.

Yeah I tried with my receipt number. I don't have a UCI number yet since I was born in Canada...Nothing turns up with my receipt. :'(

Hang in there, my app was received 6-2-15, I am just hearing from them now, I am sure they are working on your app also. It will turn out just fine.

Already corrected the problem , emailed CIC signed form and no worse for wear. We also have a UCI# and application number, So all is not lost.

How do you email updates to CIC? Where did you find that info? What is the email address? I have some updates for them but waiting until my husband's application is transferred as they relate to his part

We finally got our AOR last Friday! So, things are starting to move...finally!
It's good to have a number to use to look up status.
