Just an observation, but it looks like no one from US has received an AOR yet. Curious

Maybe they do applications that need to be sent abroad first, to try and save some time?

Hi everyone for those asking regarding the client id that im saying, my husband get the client id number to his citizenship certificate. In our application form that we passed to cic, one of them had a heading of "APPLICATION TO SPONSOR, SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT AND UNDERTAKING" theres a box that you need to fill up in line with the box number 12 if im not mistaken and there you will fill up citizen, date , client id...

To check: go to cic.gc.ca click my application, then click check your application then follow the succeeding questions..

I hope it helps...

Thanks.. Unfortunately I wasn't sure at that time, so I didn't gave that client id, I left blank that box

According to the CIC website they are having problems with the ECAS. So it isn't you.

Congrats Isookvi... when did you apply

Great to see more AOR's today! Congratulations everyone. Just a couple of comments based on what's been posted.

1) If you are making your first application for sponsorship and you are a born Canadian, you likely won't have had a UCI assigned to you and CIC creates this when you apply. I left it blank and didn't receive the UCI number until I received my AOR.
.
2) It took a while after I received AOR for me to be able to access ECAS with the UCI provided in the AOR (about 5 business days). This kis consistent with what I've seen elsewhere in the forum.

3) You can also access ECAS with other numbers (i.e. payment receipt number) however, you won't be in ECAS until they start processing your application (which may be different from when they give you an AOR).

Perhaps some of the seniors can comment further....

Hey all...Mapleson updated the 2015 Outland spreadsheet with some cool new features....so that you can view by visa office OR by month of application (click on the little filter symbol towards the right side of the tool buttons...it looks like a funnel)

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1FAYZyQgud1lzp7fM28i2O8ZrfbMAxdTc_t7_fiwI6ak/edit#gid=658388151&fvid=1008190781

The spreadsheet is maintained by Mapleson who is keeping it up to date.

the more people we can get on the 2015 spreadsheet (who applied in 2015) the more accurate the stats will be.

I noticed there were only 18 June applicants on the sheet....other than 2 who are waiting to be added to the main table....really encourage everyone to use the yearly sheet...especially now that the views for June 2015 and by visa office are there...

We still have this thread to keep each other up to date on what's happening of course!

Interesting...Canada Post said application was dropped off June 1st and my Husband is American. It's been radio silence for me. Driving me insane.

I imagine aplications are asigned to specific agent for some reason (one agent must do american one, other agent aplications in French, etc.).

So maybe the "american agent" is on vacation :) Or decided to stop sending AOR.

I know someone who called (aplicant from may), they said her aplication have some issues and the agent asigned to his file is on vacation till 27 of july so she have to wait...

Yes, I noticed yesterday that know one from US has received as of yet their AOR. Patience, I pray for patience and peace. I pray for all of us.

I am now worried that they might send my application back because I sent my NOA instead of Option C.. ??? :-[
