I am now worried that they might send my application back because I sent my NOA instead of Option C.. ??? :-[

You should be okay, they will probably request you send it along. There was another thread about someone who didn't include Option C and they were asked for it rather than having the application sent back.

You should probably have it ready though. I've heard it takes a bit of time to get.

Man, I'm full of news today. The FBI charged our credit card today so hopefully we'll have the background check in hand soon.
