Wow thats great! I hope the same happens for usmle.87 said:Technically, less than 4 months. We have a strong application and no red flags. Did everything up front (payment and medical, police certs etc) so that saved a few months of processing.

Hi Cyrus952...any news on your front? Are you able to check your ECAS? Hoping to hear some good newsCyrus952 said:Hi everyone,
I'm sponsoring my Japanese wife via outland. The CIC just got my application today (June 30) so I'm a little late to the party but I figured I'd add myself to this thread. I'll add myself to the google doc as well. Thanks to the person who created it!
Great news , wish everything best for you in your new lifemle.87 said:Technically, less than 4 months. We have a strong application and no red flags. Did everything up front (payment and medical, police certs etc) so that saved a few months of processing.
Hello Carlos! Do they send you the passport to the VAC?Carlos-Waiting said:Awesome! She got her passport with a visa yesterday!
It's all done!
Just one question: For some reason her COPR, under PERSONAL DETAILS - PA, says Marital Status: Single.
However, below, under SPONSOR INFORMATION, it shows me and relationship: Spouse.
Is this ok for entry? We were unable to change her status there, since we got married in Canada.
Does this matter much?
Any thoughts?
No, they sent it back to her via DHL.norkathompson said:Hello Carlos! Do they send you the passport to the VAC?
